Joannes (Jan) Sniziek was born circa November 1785 at Chrast # 20, Chrast, Bohemia.² He was the son of Franciscus Snizek and Barbara Pokorni.¹ Joannes (Jan) Sniziek was baptized on 17 November 1785 at the Kresetice Church, Kresetice, Bohemia; Godparents and witnesses were Wenceslaus Adametz, farmer in Krupa, and Elisabeth Samuelisin, wife of Joannes Samuelis, innkeeper in Kresetice.² He married Maria Mezaunek, daughter of Josef Mezaunek and Anna Ryssankowa, on 26 July 1807 at the Church of Bykan, Chrást, Bohemia; They were married by Franc Aixner. Witnesses were Petr Charwat, cottager in Bahno, and Barbora Belsky, daughter of Matej Belsky, farmer in Perstejnec.¹

Joannes (Jan) Sniziek died on 9 April 1841 at Bahno #5, Bahno, Bykán, Bohemia; He died of enteritis according to autopsy No. 37.¹ He was buried on 11 April 1841 at Bahno, Bykán, Bohemia.¹

Maria Mezaunek was born circa March 1792 at Bahno #4, Bahno, Bohemia.² She was the daughter of Josef Mezaunek and Anna Ryssankowa.¹ Maria Mezaunek was baptized on 24 March 1792 at Bykan Church, Bohemia; Godparents and witnesses were Marie Dworakowa, miller's wife in Bahno, and Waclaw Barowsky, resident of Opatovice.² She married Joannes (Jan) Sniziek, son of Franciscus Snizek and Barbara Pokorni, on 26 July 1807 at the Church of Bykan, Chrást, Bohemia; They were married by Franc Aixner. Witnesses were Petr Charwat, cottager in Bahno, and Barbora Belsky, daughter of Matej Belsky, farmer in Perstejnec.¹

Maria Mezaunek died of dropsy according to autopsy No. 199 on 31 March 1849 at Bahno #4, Bahno, Bykán, Bohemia.¹ She was buried on 2 April 1849 at Bahno, Bykán, Bohemia.¹
