I give and bequeath the residue of my effects of what kind soever unto my good friends Isaac Kollings and William Atkinson Woolstaplers, John Crosley Currier all of Bradford aforesaid and John Wilkinson of Greenwich in the County of Kent and William Wilkinson of Knaresbrough in the County of York aforesaid my sons or the survivors of them in trust to make their best advantage thereof by sale and after my just debts and funeral expenses and ten pounds, _ legacy to my wife as aforesaid and paid thento put the residue of the money raised out of my effects out upon Interest on good security which Interest I will shall be paid and applyed to and for the use of my Wife aforesaid during her natural life and after her decease I give unto my son John Wilkinson aforesaid the sum of sixty pounds to be paid him as soon as possible after my Wife's decease. After the payment of which I give the remainder of my effects to my aforesaid sons John Wilkinson and William Wilkinson and Samuel Wilkinson of Bradford--aforesaid my other son to be equally divided amongst them and if any of my said three sons should die before my Wife then it is my Will and Mind that their disposition shares of my effects shall go to their children and if they leave no child or children then to the surviving brothers. I likewise order my Executors to Retain and deduct such sum or sums of money as they may expend in the execution of the trust reposed in them out of my said effects and that my said Executors in trust shall not be considerable one for another but each for his own accounts, Deeds or defaults, and I do hereby declare this my last Will and Testament revoking all other Wills by me heretofore made.
